A working record of products built and lessons taken in building AI agents - all kept publicly because the half-life of good internal documentation is about a quarter, and it might as well be findable.
Currently Co-Founder, AI at Wendi AI. Most management training stops at give clear feedback and one-on-ones matter. Wendi picks up where the training ends - the difficult conversations, the grievances, the disciplinaries, the performance reviews, the policy questions that don't have a clean answer - and helps managers navigate them well.
The Products section is where things shipped get disclosed in long form - including design decisions, trade-offs, what would be done differently. Learning is for working out, in writing, how parts of the agent stack actually function. Both are written for a single reader.
